Erica is from Victoria, Texas but grew up in the Houston area. She attended Texas Tech University and received her BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas in Arlington. Erica's first job in the auto industry was working for Southwest Kia and since then she has been fortunate to have opportunities in sales, finance, and management. She is actively involved in philanthropy with the Dallas art community and has a background in education. Her number one priority is her daughter, but her biggest weakness is her addiction to board games. Erica continues to paint, but her creativity has found outlets in helping to find new ways to further community involvement from the bounds of the auto industry.

Basil Hammond AKA the BassMaster is from Cedar Hill, Texas. He loves all forms of Automotive Racing, especially GT - Series and road course racing. He`s a huge bass fisherman and actively enters multiple tournaments each year. Born of royal blood and considered king like to some... this king of fishing is followed by many, but beware of imitations- there is only one Basil Hammond! Eric Marcum is from Sulphur Springs, Texas. His favorite pastimes involve horseback and bull riding when he`s not busy fishing. Eric was a Military Combat Engineer in the US Army for 5 years before joining the MyCarDFW team and we are happy to have him. Eric Marcum is your local military automotive expert. From combat in Iraq or moving automobiles he is active in ensuring that his fellow veterans have access to the best deals and automotive customer service in the metroplex!

William Nevels, otherwise known to us at MCDFW as ‘Chocolate Thunder’ in the most loving of ways, is from right here in Dallas, Texas. His hobbies include cheering for ALL Dallas sports teams and you might find him anywhere there is a good game of Texas Hold ‘em. His background in debt consolidation has led him to a career in the automotive industry where he vows to assist all consumers in finding the vehicle they love at the price that they can afford.

Rachel comes to us at MyCarDFW all the way from Corpus Christi, Texas. The time she cherishes the most are trips to the movie theater with her family. Being a mother is definitely her #1 priority! Her goal is simple; to be the very best at what she does. Helping our customers and her co-workers brings her great fulfillment. With customer service being her background, it`s very important to her that the customer is convinced that she`d going to go above and beyond to make them feel that they are her first priority while she is working them. Better known to all of us as Christy, Christina is from West Texas. Born and raised in San Angelo she loves camping, fishing, skiing, and ice skating. In her free time she is an avid reader and loves to make people laugh. Working out isn`t something she needs to do after a day of chasing around her busy 2 year old! She is a proud wife and mother of two wonderful boys and a beautiful little girl. She moved to Dallas over 20 years ago with her family and is happiest when she is spending her free time with them. Christy has always had a problem with talking too much, so she decided to get into a business where she could utilize this problem as an asset in Internet Sales 101!

Stacey AKA `Dux` is from Red Oak, Texas. Her biggest interests lie in music, softball, and reading. Stacey was raised in a family of boys and has fond memories of working on cars with her father. She is a classic and oldies rock fan and played softball for over 14 years. More recently, she has a formal background in the hair industry which she used to put herself through veterinary tech school. Stacey has revisited her roots in the automotive industry with MyCarDFW. Her curiosity and passion for learning new things makes her a woman of many hats, but she is happiest when she is in a position to help others!

Stephanie Aphonephan (a∙phone∙fan) is from Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She love to shop and always enjoys a good book, but nothing competes with her favorite; 'EATING!' (That’s a quote) Her favorite dish is Vietnamese Pho! Stephanie not only is a great presence in our internet department- she is currently a pharmacy student here in Dallas while she works toward a career in pharmaceuticals. Best of luck to you!
